Hi! I'm Mila, co-creator of Testo Pizza. In 2018 I left New York City for New Jersey to work at Dogwood Farms — and that experience changed everything. Being surrounded by organically grown produce and people who truly cared about what they put on the table showed me what food could really be.

During the pandemic I teamed up with talented chef Stefan, and together we bought a wood-fired pizza trailer and started Testo Pizza. We began showing up at farmers markets, breweries, vineyards, and farm events across New Jersey — bringing seasonal, locally sourced pizza straight to you.

Every pizza we make is a reflection of the season and the people who grew the ingredients. We think that matters.

Our ingredients

We love connecting with local farms and sourcing our ingredients directly from them. That's why our menu changes with the seasons — because we use what's fresh, what's local, and what's at its best right now. From the vegetables and mushrooms to the meat and cheese, everything on your pizza has a story rooted right here in New Jersey.

Our dough & oven

Our dough is made with just four ingredients — water, salt, yeast, and high quality Caputo 00 flour — and fermented for at least 48 hours. Our oven is 100% wood-fired, giving every pizza that unmistakable char, depth of flavor, and crispy crust you can't get any other way.
