About Us

Hi! My name is Mila, I am the creative director and co-creator of Testo Pizza. In 2018 I moved from New York City to New Jersey to work at Dogwood Farms. The experience showed me the difference that sustainable living and organically grown produce make. During the pandemic I joined talented chef Stefan to create a dining experience that focused on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, and we started Testo Pizza.

We believe in “know your food, know your farmer” philosophy. That’s why we work closely with Dogwood Farms, who provide us with organic vegetables, local fruits, pasteurized meat and chicken. We use locally grown mushrooms from Noble Mushrooms and high quality mozzarella cheese from Jersey Cheese Girl.

We are very grateful for such talented and passionate partners! 

Our dough has only four ingredients: water, salt, yeast & high quality flour “Caputo 00”. it is fermented for at least 48 hours. Our oven is 100% wood fired, which gives our pizzas very special taste.
